| All scanners are covered by a full 1-year warranty - provided they are registered within 6 weeks of purchase. Repairs and replacement of faulty parts are covered by the warranty at no extra cost apart from the consumables.
1-year warranties may be optionally upgraded at an additional fee to an On-Site Warranty, or 4 / 8 hour Maintenance Service Level Agreement. The On-Site Warranty means repairs and replacement of faulty parts are conducted at your offices.The Maintenance Service Level Agreement (SLA) is an optional On-Site Reactive and Remedial Service Agreement. A minimum of three scheduled services are performed per annum, as well as any remedial maintenance which may be required. Should the unit not be repairable within the 4 or 8 hour time specified, a courtesy unit is offered until the unit is repaired. You may choose to include or exclude consumables from your maintenance quotation.
